The sending of personal information through the Whistleblowing Channel will be managed in accordance with the provisions of LO 3/2018, of 5 December, on the protection of personal data and guarantee of digital rights and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016. We inform you that the data you provide will be processed on the basis of compliance with a legal obligation, with the sole and exclusive purpose of processing reports of allegedly irregular facts related to financial, accounting, commercial or regulatory compliance malpractice committed by employees or representatives of CUPA GROUP, in accordance with the provisions of the code of ethics and internal policies.

Your data may be accessible to external technology service providers, such as web hosting, computer maintenance and other similar services linked to CUPA GROUP.

The data obtained in this way will be kept only for the time necessary to resolve the processing of the complaint. In any case, 3 months after the data have been entered, they will be deleted from the complaint system, unless the purpose of their retention is to provide evidence of the functioning of the crime prevention model. You may, at any time, exercise your rights under the LOPDGDD, that is, access to data, rectification, deletion, opposition, limitation of processing or portability. For this purpose, you must send a written communication to the Compliance Committee of CUPA GROUP at La Medua, s/n, 32330 Sobradelo de Valdeorras (Ourense) or to the e-mail address info@cupagroup.com attaching a copy of your ID card or equivalent document.
