What does International Women’s Day mean to you?
For me, International Women’s Day is an opportunity to celebrate the progress that has been made in terms of equality, while also recognising that there is still work to be done. It is also a day that highlights the journeys and daily commitment of women.
How has the situation of women evolved in your industry and during your professional career?
I have noticed that the situation has evolved positively in recent years. More and more women are taking on positions of responsibility, speaking up with confidence, and gaining greater visibility and recognition, including in historically male-dominated sectors. Attitudes are gradually changing, even if everything is not yet perfect.
Have you had any difficulties in your professional life because you are a woman?
Like many others, I have faced sexist behaviour or remarks at certain points in my career. At times, I have had to prove myself more, address uncomfortable situations, and demonstrate my skills and legitimacy.
These realities still exist, although attitudes are evolving. I believe it is positive that companies are now taking these issues more seriously.

What do you think your biggest contribution to Cupa Pizarras has been?
I have always sought to encourage communication and foster a positive team dynamic, thereby contributing to the achievement of shared objectives. I believe I have contributed through rigour, attentiveness, and initiative, while cultivating a respectful and constructive working environment.
Why would you recommend being part of the Cupa Group team to other women?
I would recommend Cupa Group for its dynamism, stability, and the development opportunities it offers to both women and men.
